Mackai is a Santa Clara University grad with a degree in Environmental Science. As a cat in a human's body she is honored to be a part of the Felidae Conservation Fund where she feels she can best help her fellow feline friends by raising awareness on their behalf. She has devoted her time and energy towards studying and promoting the conservation of natural ecosystems. From performing underwater field research in the British West Indies to exploring the jungles of Argentina for jaguars her goal is to uncover the mysterious wonders our world has to offer and help to preserve them.
