Lisa Setterfield

Based in San Francisco, Lisa is an independent consultant to the real estate industry. Specializing in acquisitions, capital markets and investor relations, her clients include advisers, developers and private equity funds focused on mixed-use urban infill development including rehabilitation of historic structures and sustainability.

She began her career as a CPA in Seattle focused on the real estate industry and non-profit organizations and subsequently worked for Greystone Realty Corporation and AMB Property Corporation, specializing in acquisitions and asset management of residential, retail, office and industrial properties throughout the U.S. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Idaho, Summa Cum Laude, and Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Inspired by the world's highest mountain ranges and the diverse cultures of Asia and South/Central America, she has a passion for conservation. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Felidae Conservation Fund, she is a member of the Asia Council for The Global Heritage Fund, and is a global volunteer for the Cambodia Land Mine Museum Relief Fund.
